Website enquiry form — Formspree
Our website enquiry form is powered by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 309 E 21st St, Austin, Texas, USA). When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers in the United States for delivery to us. Formspree may also log your IP address as part of this process. Data transfers to the US are safeguarded under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for any other purpose. See Formspree's Privacy Policy for full details.
Client contract form — Tally
Once a booking is confirmed, we send clients a contract form via Tally (Tally BV, August Van Lokerenstraat 71, 9050 Ghent, Belgium). This form collects the personal and pet information needed to fulfil your booking safely. Tally is based in the EU and complies with GDPR. All form data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on servers within Europe. Tally acts as a data processor on our behalf — you remain in control of your data and it is not used by Tally for any other purpose. See Tally's Privacy Policy for full details.
